This Privacy Policy explains how TekFidelity (“TekFidelity,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the TekFidelityIQ platform and website (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we process your email address and authentication details through our identity provider (Supabase).
• Contact information. If you email us (e.g. to request a Wi-Fi Health Review), we receive the contents of that message.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand site performance and usage. These do not use tracking cookies and are not used to identify you.
• Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a separate signed cookie for the public demo. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Network data. The current Service shows sample/demo data only and does not collect data from your live network. Any future live monitoring would be governed by a separate agreement.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and operate the Service and authenticate you.
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To monitor performance and improve the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract and limited to what is necessary:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/HSTS), access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
