Each physical location you manage — a hotel, clinic, campus building, or MSP customer site. APs are counted across all sites.
Can I add Edge Connectors on Trial?
Yes — Edge Connector infrastructure is available on all plans. Named on-site target checks (gateway, APs, DNS) are configured per connector regardless of tier.
Does my NOC team count toward the seat limit?
No. The seat limit only applies to customer portal users — the logins you give to your managed-site clients. Your internal TekFidelityIQ NOC access is separate.
