These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TekFidelityIQ platform and website (the “Service”) provided by TekFidelity. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

TekFidelityIQ is a Wi-Fi intelligence platform. The current Service presents sample/demo data for demonstration purposes and does not perform live monitoring of your network. Live integrations, if offered, will be provided under a separate written agreement.

Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Misrepresent the demo/sample data as live or guaranteed results.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the TekFidelity and TekFidelityIQ marks, is owned by TekFidelity and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sample data is illustrative and should not be relied upon for operational decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekFidelity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
